These terms apply to purchases from Hey Twirl, operated by VLP MEDIA LLC and hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Product photos show the products and may include styling props that are not included in the purchase. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. The product description identifies what is included in your purchase.

We may correct a pricing or product-description error before accepting an order. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the correction and offer the option to cancel for a refund.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping information. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at Shopify checkout. An order confirmation records the details of your order. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, the item is unavailable, or fraud is reasonably suspected; any payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Offers and quantity savings

Eligible quantity savings apply automatically in the cart and checkout. Offers apply to qualifying items only and do not stack unless expressly stated. The best eligible product offer is applied. The cart and checkout show the items, selected colors, quantities and amount due. Taxes and shipping are calculated after eligible discounts.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information. Our content, brand and original artwork may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
