Shipping policy

U.S. shipping

We currently ship to the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is $3.95 for orders below $19.98, and free for orders of $19.98 or more after discounts and before tax. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery and tracking

Estimated U.S. delivery is 4–7 business days from your order date, including processing. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Please contact us before placing a time-sensitive order.

We will send shipment information using the contact details supplied with your order when tracking becomes available. If we cannot ship within an advertised timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe was provided, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation and refund options.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email support@heytwirl.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will help where we can, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If an order is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it.
